1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RecruiterVibe AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RecruiterVibe AI, owned by Altoks AI.

2. Description of Service

RecruiterVibe AI provides an AI-powered recruitment automation platform that includes, but is not limited to:

  • AI-powered resume screening and candidate ranking
  • Automated job posting and candidate outreach
  • Multi-stage assessments (MCQ, video/audio interviews, coding challenges)
  • Smart interview scheduling and management
  • Analytics and reporting tools

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features. Credit usage rates are as follows:

  • Resume Screening: 1 credit per candidate
  • Automated Outreach: 1 credit per candidate
  • MCQ Assessment: 2 credits per candidate
  • Video/Audio Interview: 5 credits per candidate
  • Coding Challenge: 10 credits per candidate

4.2 Credit Purchase

Credits can be purchased through our pricing page. All prices are in INR and are non-refundable unless required by law. Credits never expire.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful recruitment purposes
  • Not use the Service to discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, or any protected characteristic
  • Not attempt to circumvent or exploit technical limitations of the Service
  • Not use automated tools to access the Service excessively
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the privacy and rights of candidates

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Altoks AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including job descriptions and candidate data. You grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide the Service.

6.2 Our Content

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by Altoks AI or our licensors. You may not use our content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-powered features may produce inaccurate or incomplete results, and you should review all AI-generated content before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruiterVibe AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or damage to reputation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecruiterVibe AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all remaining credits in your account will be forfeited unless required by law. Your data will be immediately deleted with no saving.

10.2 Surviving Provisions

Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimer), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 10 (Termination) shall survive any termination of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
